Hi I was worried about the price if Kate Somerville but my skin was looking tired and dull plus I’m at the age where I should be using anti-aging the products I received were gorgeous I got the goats milk cleaner eye wrinkle warrior deep tissue repair and re vitamin c with retinol and the sunscreen when I made the order I for got to add the code for the free deep tissue repair and their customer service was amazing they sent me the full deep tissue repair and my 3 samples the girl who emailed me was lovely. All of the products I’ve used so far have been gorgeous and the sunscreen I’m in love with definitely recommend the products I got I’m now waiting with excitement for my k8 peptide cream

Good products. Awful website.
The checkout process is quite a shambles. I should point out that I am not an average user, I am a credit card payment processing programmer. My experience is based on using iOS on an iPhone 13. Firstly, the saved address in customer’s account saves the street name correctly, but did not retrieve the street name on checkout. This resulted in Apple Pay failing on address verification. It took me several attempts to identify this issue, so I attempted a credit card checkout. This failed twice because the bank verification pop-up disappeared behind the page content. I was finally able to check out on the third attempt after a worryingly long pause and page reload.
This is a pretty bad checkout implementation and it would definitely affect my choice to purchase a gift from here in the future. KS are very likely unaware of how many people would give up facing this many checkout problems.

skin care quiz
Took the skin care quiz. Excellent technology which gives a detailed description of your skin and recommended products to use. Some confusion over a recommended product for am and pm use but this was quickly resolved by emailing the support team.

Amazing company with amazing products…
Amazing company with amazing products and customer service! My skin looks it’s best with Kate Somerville! So glad I found them after years of companies that didn’t work for me! They know skin! Wonderful one-to-ones and tutorials with kind and helpful specialists online and products that work with great ingredients! Great loyalty scheme and free samples! Wonderful, kind, understanding and generous customer service with quick response when you need them which as products and site are so good isn’t often! Would definitely recommend! Xx

I had an issue with one of the products and the support given was excellent. Lots of advice and quick responses.
Customer service is amazing as are the products.
I was advised to try their eye lifting cream and saw a difference from day one. Can’t wait to try other products as am definitely their biggest fan.?

Abysmal customer service
Abysmal customer service. I did not receive my package due to a company error, but was not contacted or refunded. After following up with the company, I received the incorrect products worth $50 less than what I paid. When I pointed this out I was ignored. After following up several times, I was told the product I ordered was out of stock. I suspect the agent already know this and tried to sent me a cheaper product to end the transaction. It took a full two months after ordering to be refunded.

Had a delivery issue where the courier had delivered to wrong address. Kate Sommerville’s customer service person Beth was excellent! Very quick and efficient and very helpful providing me with updates every step of the way! Huge thank you to Beth and Kate Sommerville!

After missing out on ordering samples…
After missing out on ordering samples with my very indulgent purchase (Peptide K8 Power Cream) Beth in customer services kindly sent me the samples and the complimentary gift that I missed out on ordering first time round. I am super pleased because I thought I'd missed out! Thank you very much, this is the kind of thing that keeps me coming back to you :-)
Amazing customer service
I had an issue with an order I placed which was my fault. Jayne in customer service could not have been more helpful. She sorted out the issue and then helped me further with a problem I had redeeming a reward code. I couldn’t recommend the customer service at Kate Somerville more! The products are wonderful too.

I love Kate Somerville products and…
I love Kate Somerville products and have used them for a while, I ordered a product that sadly was not compatible for my skin, I emailed customer services and they could not have been more helpful, not only are the products excellent but they have a customer service side that is 5 star rated.

Great customer service and superb products!
I have always received superb customer service assistance from KS, helping with queries on products etc. Lea has been really quick to reply and help me this time. NThe products are outstanding and I am really achieving great results. Thoroughly pleased, although my bank balance may not agree ?
Had a query with my account
Had a query with my account, when ordering I had forgotten to login so I missed out on collecting my points....wrote to customer services who replied promptly and happily added the points and notified me that I had ordered previously and forgotten to add points and they added those as well. Great service ?
Excellent customer service!
When my order arrived this week, one of the main products was missing. Jayne helped me quickly over email and after a couple of emails to explain the situation she immediately made sure that the missing item was delivered. Really great service. KS products are amazing and good to know that the customer service is too! Thank you.
